个人介绍

分子酶学与合成生物学研究室负责人是冯雁教授,研究团队由4名教师、2名工作人员、20余名研究生及约10名本科生组成。
     实验室主要开展重要功能酶的结构-功能关系、酶分子进化和人工催化体系构建等研究,具有多学科(分子生物学、微生物学、生物化学、化学生物学、合成生物学等)交 叉特点。在揭示天然酶结构-功能关系的基础上,发展蛋白质工程技术,实现对酶功能的再设计,提高酶对特定底物的选择性、催化效率和对环境的适应性等;并基 于合成生物学理念,对微生物药物合成途径重新编程,并对关键酶进行优化设计,建立药物合成的新途径。
